Debbie and Mike Gardner met in the Cincinnati Police Academy over 30 years ago. During their distinguished law enforcement careers, their training was extensive. Due to life-threatening personal challenges, they were forced to respectfully question traditional survival/personal safety concepts which emphasized complication instead of focused simplicity. In a crisis, the Gardner's learned that "less is more ... but LESS must be RIGHT."

Since going "public" with their discoveries in 1982, their candid, straight forward yet healing information has empowered and inspired civilian and law enforcement audiences world-wide.
